Who is a Volunteer?

A person that actively takes on a task, responsibility, or project on his or her own accord without needing to be assigned, ordered, or told to do so.

Keeping our grounds clean and looking nice is just one of the MANY tasks Bob volunteers to do for AFLCFA

Peggy and Sandy spend many hours walking and socializing our dogs, getting them prepared to enter their "forever homes"

Adrienne provides loving care and oversees our cat socialization team of Volunteers

Recently we had the opportunity to show our appreciation to all our Volunteers, both for the shelter and the thrift store, with an Appreciation Dinner.

Saying "Thank You" just doesn't seem enough. 

To all the men and women who graciously give of their time, gifts and talents, please know that you are an important part of the AFLCFA & Paw Boutique "team". Without you it would not be possible to offer the level of love and care our animals so richly deserve.
